This stellar performance of the Coleman Hawkins Quintet features Coleman Hawkins on tenor saxophone, Harry "Sweets" Edison on the trumpet, Sir Charles Thompson on piano, Jimmy Woode on bass, and Jo Jones on drums. It was filmed in London, England in October of 1964.

Composed by Juan Tizol, "Caravan" was first performed by Duke Ellington in '36.
