Why were we "off the air" for eight hours Thursday?

We're back up and running and I wish I could tell you what happened, but I don't know. However, I do know we'll be getting a bill from my programmer for putting things right.

If anyone feels inclined to chip in and help with this extraordinary expense (about two weeks net revenue up in smoke), we'd appreciate it. Every little bit helps a lot.

About this video:

Broadcast on Oct., 28, 1970, this was one of Armstrong's last performances. Recorded in front of a live Nashville audience.

Astonishingly, Armstrong was present at the creation of country music. This performance forty years later recreates the event.
