Manhattan native Bobby McFerrin has become well known for his talents with beat boxing, ability to switch between falsetto and modal tones. His unique stylings – which here are even evoking some admiring laughter from the audience – have won him 10 Grammys. He is perhaps most famous for his chart-topping hit “Don't Worry, Be Happy.”

McFerrin has also collaborated with jazz piano giant Herbie Hancock.
