Written by Harol Arlen and Ted Koehler, “Stormy Weather” has become one of the most famous pop standards of all time.

After World War II, due to her politics being unfavorable with the McCarthy-ite hysteria, Lena Horne would find herself out of work in Hollywood and returned to the nightclub scene. Over her career she would collaborate with such jazz greats as Duke Ellington and Billie Holiday.
