Off her debut album

Melody Gardot took to music at age 19 in order to cope with the effects of a serious head injury. Now an acclaimed singer-songwriter, Gardot is also a spokesperson for music therapy.

“Worrisome Heart” is the title track from her debut album, which reached 25 on the Billboard Smooth Jazz charts despite its origins as an independent release.
