Bobby Hutcherson, vibes
Cedar Walton, piano
David Williams, bass
Eddie Marshall, drums

One of the great hard bop pianists, he made his first mark as a pianist and arranger with Art Blakey in the 1960s.

Several of his tunes have become standards: "Firm Roots", "Bolivia" and "Cedar's Blues"

How many albums did he appear on as a leaders and sideman? I don't know. I can't count that high.

Who wanted him as a sideman?

Just Gene Ammons, Sonny Stitt, Donald Byrd, Ornette Coleman, John Coltrane (Giant Steps), Sonny Criss, Kenny Dorham, Art Farmer, Benny Golson, Cannonball Adderley, Dexter Gordon, Jimmy Heath, Freddie Hubbard, Bobby Hutcherson, Milt Jackson, Clifford Jordan, Lee Morgan, Houston Person, Abbey Lincoln, and Stanley Turrentine,

And that's the SHORT list and only includes the collaborations that ended up on disc.
