Hiromi plays some typically phenomenal piano with her trio

Hiromi is one of the most remarkable pianists in jazz, one with dazzling technique, endless energy and a constant smile on her face.

With her trio (which includes electric bassist Anthony Jackson and drummer Simon Phillips), Hiromi on acoustic piano tears apart an original, sounding like Chick Corea at double the speed.

Drummer Phillips has a fiery solo of his own over Hiromi's vamp before the colorful ending.
