When running for re-election, Connecticut Senator Joseph Lieberman demanded that the Bush Adminstration turn over internal communications related to how it handled the Katrina catastrophe (more accurarely called the levee breaks.)

Now, quietly, a new months later, he’s decided it’s not necessary.
