Anthony “Swamp Dog” Clark is a singer and harmonica player who is keeping the legacy of the blues alive.
During a period of time when the blues are often watered down by mixing it with r&b, soul, rock and pop music, Swamp Dog sticks to the classic electric style that really matured during the 1950s and ‘60s.
On his LiveStream of Dec. 7, 2020, Clark begins with “Everyday I Have The Blues” and then plays his spirited brand of the blues at a variety of tempos and grooves while joined by guitarists Joe Poppen and Ken Sparks, bassist Mike Pryor, and drummer Andy Hamburger.
