Fast Eddie & The Slowpokes is a spirited blues band based in the Maryland-Washington DC area but also well traveled, appearing at the Kennedy Center and in Philadelphia and Memphis.

Founded around 2013, the Slowpokes consists of Ed Crowley on harmonica and vocals, guitarist Dave Sherman, pianist-keyboardist Tam Sullivan, bassist James “Cookie” Cooke, and drummer Nick Ruggieri.

During their LiveStream of Sept. 11, 2020, Fast Eddie & The Slowpokes Perform a well-rounded set of blues, bluesy material, and soulful numbers, filled with fine harmonica, piano, and guitar solos along with the leader’s personable vocals.
